Boarding Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival receive a 50% credit toward a future stay.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday periods (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and other national holidays) require 21 days notice for a full refund or credit.
No-shows or early pickups are non-refundable.
This policy exists because of the limited capacity and high-demand nature of the service.
Transportation Cancellation Policy
Transportation bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup may be charged in full.
Missed pickups, late arrivals, or failure to present the dog on time are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
