Cancelation Policy

Boarding Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival receive a 50% credit toward a future stay.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Holiday periods (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and other national holidays) require 21 days notice for a full refund or credit.

No-shows or early pickups are non-refundable.

This policy exists because of the limited capacity and high-demand nature of the service.

Transportation Cancellation Policy

  • Transportation bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup may be charged in full.

  • Missed pickups, late arrivals, or failure to present the dog on time are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
