Boarding

Boutique & Holistic Retreats

FOR YOUR DOG’S MIND & BODY

This is not a traditional boarding facility, and it’s not designed to operate like one. Dogs stay in a beautiful cottage, not in a warehouse or kennel building.

There are no rotating staff, no shift changes. Their care is handled directly and solely by a professional trainer and behaviorist who knows and care for them individually.

What many facilities treat as add-ons, like attention, enrichment, comfort, cleanliness, and emotional regulation), are simply part of daily life here.
Dogs nap on the couch, follow a calm, structured rhythm, receive hands-on care, and are cleaned when needed without extra fees.

The focus here isn’t on upselling services, but on developing trusting, long-term relationships with both clients and their dogs.

This is work built on continuity, familiarity, and genuine care, not transactions. Dogs who board here always return.

Bookings are intentionally limited, and at times declined, to protect the stability of the pack and the comfort of each individual dog.

What we offer is a truly home-based experience, where dogs are known, understood, and cared for as individuals, and members of a small, thoughtfully curated group.

Prices for 2026

First-Time Client Introductory Fee

All first-time clients will be charged a one-time fee of $75. This covers your dog’s initial evaluation, my assessment of their behavior and needs, and the additional time required for me to ensure every dog’s safety and comfort while the new pack member adjusts to a new environment, new dogs, new routines, and a new person.

Training Add-Ons: Capacity & Care Note

Whenever I host a new client or a dog enrolled in Board & Train, Reactivity Management, or Puppy Development, I intentionally reduce my total capacity to 3–4 dogs maximum on the property.

This allows me to dedicate the additional time, structure, and focus these programs require, ensuring training sessions are effective, emotions stay regulated, and each dog receives truly individualized care.

Quality over quantity is the standard here, always.

Add-on services

Fulfillment is our baseline,
not an upsell.

We intentionally limit our care to only 4 dogs at a time, (one of them being the trainer’s dog Mario), in order to give every guest a rich, individualized experience, with meaningful activities, affection, structure, and decompression, by default. We do not believe in unnecessary upsells for real well-being; you will never be pressured to pay for “extra ball time,” “pond access,” or “cuddles.” Whether it is structured movement on the trails, focused engagement with a professional trainer, or a necessary bath after a day in nature, your dog receives what they need simply because they live in our home and are in our care.

The only services we offer as add-ons are specialized supports for unique training, behavioral, or custom dietary requirements. For everything else, including a spot on the trainer’s couch, consider it included.

Training & Specialized Care

  • Board & Train Upgrade:

    Price upon request
Includes three structured training sessions per day, customized to the specific skills or behaviors you want your dog to improve.

If you’re interested, get in touch to schedule a complimentary phone call. We will discuss your goals, map out a plan, and advise you on the length of stay most realistically suited to achieving the results you’re looking for.

Training areas can include: obedience foundations, fear and/or anxiety, reactivity and/or aggression, confidence-building, impulse control, leash skills, recall, and more.

Included in the price is Daily Videos & Reports.

  • Puppy Management

    +$50 per day
Since puppies require more supervision, structure, and hands-on support to ensure proper and safe development, this add-on provides the extra attention young dogs need during their stay.

This is not a formal training program, but a specialized management upgrade focused on setting your puppy up for success.

Your puppy receives age-appropriate care such as:
Hand-feeding, consistent potty-training support, structured nap routines, enriched play appropriate for developing bodies and minds, crate-conditioning support when needed, and safe, thoughtful exposure only when appropriate.
This add-on ensures your puppy stays safe, supported, regulated, and well-cared-for throughout their stay.

  • Reactive Dog Management

    +$50 per day
Dogs who cannot safely interact with other dogs will still receive structured 1:1 enrichment, decompression, and handler engagement time, ensuring safety and emotional comfort.

This is not a formal training program, but a specialized management upgrade focused on safety and 1-1 care.

  • Single Training Session

    $50
For owners who want to add a one-off training session to their dog’s stay without opting into the full Board & Train program.

Included in the price is video footage of moments of the session

Custom Nutrition & Storage

  • Refrigerated Meals

    +$2 per day
For fresh, cooked, or raw meals you bring from home.

Included any pills or supplements that can be administered inside your dog’s food.

We regularly feed premium rehydrated kibble as the base diet. This is included at no extra cost unless you prefer a custom diet.

  • Shelf-stable Meals

    FREE
For dehydrated, freeze-dried, or other non-refrigerated diets you bring from home.

  • GI Reset

    +$3–$7 per day
Human-grade, fresh and balanced meals formulated and prepared by our certified pet nutritionist.

Perfect for dogs who need a GI reset, or for owners who prefer not to pre-portion meals before boarding.

  • Medications & Grooming

    (Case by case)
Some dogs require additional hands-on care during their stay. Medication administration (including oral medications, eye drops, or ear treatments) and grooming needs are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the dog’s comfort, medical requirements, and overall routine.

When accepted, care is provided thoughtfully and without rush, with the dog’s emotional state and safety as the priority. Details, frequency, and any associated fees are discussed in advance to ensure clarity and continuity of care.

Private Transportation

NYC, NJ and surrounding areas.

Service & Cancelation Policy → click here

For clients who prefer not to make the drive, our private driver can be reserved to pick up your dog directly from your home.

Only three companies in the world produce genuinely crash-tested dog crates. Of the three, this is the one we consider the most comfortable, spacious, and well-ventilated.

From pickup to arrival, your dog travels safely, comfortably, and directly, without unnecessary stops along the way.

The rest of the vehicle is reserved for your dog’s belongings, so you are welcome to send everything they may need for their vacation, from meals and favorite toys to even their own bed from home.

For clients traveling by train, pickup from Port Jervis Station can be arranged in our SUV for $50.

If you have more than one dog, I may be able to accommodate them depending on their size, for an additional $40 fee.
