Boarding
Boutique & Holistic Retreats
FOR YOUR DOG’S MIND & BODY
This is not a traditional boarding facility, and it’s not designed to operate like one.
Dogs stay in a beautiful cottage, not in a warehouse or kennel building, and their care is handled directly by a professional trainer and behaviorist who knows and care for them individually. There are no rotating staff, no shift changes, and no separation between “handling” and “supervision.”
What many facilities treat as add-ons, like attention, enrichment, comfort, cleanliness, and emotional regulation), are simply part of daily life here. Dogs nap on the couch, follow a calm, structured rhythm, receive hands-on care, and are cleaned when needed without extra fees.
The focus here isn’t on upselling services, but on developing trusting, long-term relationships with both clients and their dogs. This is work built on continuity, familiarity, and genuine care, not transactions. Dogs who board here always return.
Bookings are intentionally limited, and at times declined, to protect the stability of the pack and the comfort of each individual dog.
What we offer is a truly home-based experience, where dogs are known, understood, and cared for as individuals, and members of a small, thoughtfully curated group.

Prices for 2026
First-Time Client Introductory Fee
All first-time clients will be charged a one-time fee of $75. This covers your dog’s initial evaluation, my assessment of their behavior and needs, and the additional time required for me to ensure every dog’s safety and comfort while the new pack member adjusts to a new environment, new dogs, new routines, and a new person.
Training Add-Ons: Capacity & Care Note
Whenever I host a new client or a dog enrolled in Board & Train, Reactivity Management, or Puppy Development, I intentionally reduce my total capacity to 3–4 dogs maximum on the property.
This allows me to dedicate the additional time, structure, and focus these programs require, ensuring training sessions are effective, emotions stay regulated, and each dog receives truly individualized care.
Quality over quantity is the standard here, always.

Private rides are ideal for dogs who need solo travel due to client’s preference, behavioral, medical, or scheduling needs.
If you have more than one dog, I may be able to accommodate them together in the same crash-tested crate; an additional $40 fee applies for the extra dog.
For clients arriving by train, I also offer Port Jervis Train Station Pickup for $50 (private pickup in our SUV). Of course, you’re always welcome to arrange self-transport if preferred.
Group Transport
When available, Group Transport is offered for both pickup and drop-off from a pre-determined meeting location. Vehicles are limited to 2–4 dogs depending on size and compatibility.
Please note that group transport is not always available; availability is confirmed only after you submit a non-binding booking request and I review routing and group logistics.
Add-on services
Fulfillment is our baseline,
not an upsell.
We intentionally limit our care to only 4–5 dogs at a time, in order to give every guest a rich, individualized experience, with meaningful activities, affection, structure, and decompression, by default. We do not believe in unnecessary upsells for real well-being; you will never be pressured to pay for “extra ball time,” “pond access,” or “cuddles.” Whether it is structured movement on the trails, focused engagement with a professional trainer, or a necessary bath after a day in nature, your dog receives what they need simply because they live in our home and are in our care.
The only services we offer as add-ons are specialized supports for unique training, behavioral, or custom dietary requirements. For everything else, including a spot on the trainer’s couch, consider it included.
